THIS PAGE IS DESIGNED TO HELP AND ADVISE ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR A DOMESTIC APPLIANCE SUCH AS A WASHING MACHINE, TUMBLE DRIER OR DISHWASHER.
Information is based on our own experiences working on British market models using 220-240 volts ac.

WARNING!!!!

Inside every electrical appliance there is something just waiting to KILL you.
Its called electricity and if you are ignorant, stupid or just disrespectful towards it, it will do you some serious harm. Please, call an expert if you are not sure what you are doing..... No repair bill is too expensive when compared to your own, and other users life.

Washing Machine fault symptom:

Remember, these tips are only for guide purposes only, we cannot repair your appliance on line. Please take care and know when to give up and call an expert, hopefully before you have done further damage to the appliance. If you require spare parts, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please advise us of all model and serial numbers. See our home page for details.
We have our own engineers but we cover only CM, CB&SG post codes. We recommend your local D.A.S.A. (Domestic Appliance Service Association) member, look out for their logo in adverts. Alternatively, call the manufacturers own service.
Do not take chances with less reputable repair companies. The cheapest quote is not always the best option. Always ask about warranties and if they use new genuine spare parts. We may be able to help with technical enquiries if you e mail all the details to us.
